Waratah Forestry Services Announces the Renovation of its Australia Office
MOLINE, Illinois (August 5, 2011) — To continue providing unmatched service to its Australian customers, Waratah Forestry Services has renovated its Melton, Melbourne Distribution Center to include twice the office space and a host of new amenities. The improved facility is currently open for business.
Part of this three-month makeover included the addition of a second level to the office facility. This allowed the entire Product Support team to come together under one roof in order to better serve customers and each other. A large, formal meeting room also was built and serves as a dedicated on-site customer training area.
“This renovated facility is exciting because it is truly ‘built to work,’” said Jules Larson, General Manager, Waratah Forestry Attachments, Asia Pacific and Africa. “Bringing the Product Support team together and dedicating a more effective environment for training will help us teach our customers how to properly utilize Waratah attachment technology while maintaining best practices.”
